Lacey the Lion was at home in the garden. She was feeling bored.
She went into the kitchen and asked her owner Emma, “Can I go for a walk?”
“Yes, but maybe later,” Emma replied.
“Can we go now?” asked Lacey. “I’m really bored!”
“I’m making dinner now,” said Emma. “Of course, we can go later.”
“Okay, fiiiine.”
Lacey went back out into the garden. She really wanted to go to the park, so she jumped over the fence. She was a goody-two-shoes and had never done that before. Her heart was racing so fast.
Lacey was on the footpath outside the house. She was looking around when a van pulled up. A man jumped out and put her into the back!
Lacey was feeling scared and gloomy, and really regretted her choice.
Meanwhile back at the house, dinner was ready. Emma brought the beef stew out to the garden. But Lacey was not to be found.
Emma was worried and confused. She called the Gardaí.
“I’m so stressed, my pet lion is missing!” cried Emma.
“What are you talking about?” said the Garda. “We don’t keep lions as pets.”
“Well, if you help me find my lion, I’ll prove it.”
“Okay, fine. But I feel like this is a joke.”
Emma went outside to wait for the Garda when she saw both lion paw prints and fresh tyre tracks. There was a little oil on the ground too.
Emma knew this was a clue!
Lacey was on a yacht having the time of her life. She was sunbathing on a lounge chair. One of the staff brought her fancy cocktails. It was a red-orange colour with an umbrella in it. She had steak for dinner!
What she didn’t know was that the kidnappers wanted to sell her and make money. They were treating her kindly so she would do what they wanted.
Later, Lacey overheard one of the staff on the phone.
“Meet me at the magical island and I’ll sell that lion to you there.”
Lacey got mad and roared so loud. She stormed off and chewed the rope to the lifeboat. She hopped in the lifeboat and rowed away.
But then, she found herself surrounded by sharks who led her to the magical island…
獅子蕾希在家中的花園裡，她感到很無聊。
她走到廚房就問她的主人艾瑪，「我可以出門去散步嗎？」
「可以，但可能要晚點。」艾瑪回答。
「現在可以嗎？」蕾希問。「我現在真的很無聊！」
「我在準備做晚餐」艾瑪說。「我們晚點再出門。」
雷希說：「那好吧。」
蕾希回到花園。她真的太想去公園了，所以跳出了柵欄。蕾希向來都是乖寶寶，之前從來沒做過這種事。她心跳跳得很快。
蕾希跑到家外面的人行道上。當她環顧四周時，一輛廂型車停了下來。一個男人跳下車， 一把蕾西把她放到後座。
蕾希感到很害怕也很沮喪，特別後悔她做了這個決定。
同一時間，晚餐準備好了。艾瑪把燉牛肉端到花園，但蕾希不見了。
艾瑪很擔心不知道該怎麼辦，於是她打給了警察。
「我好焦慮，我的寵物獅子失蹤了！」艾瑪哭著說。
「妳在說什麼？」警衛回答。「怎麼可能有人把獅子當寵物。」
「如鬼你幫我找到我的獅子，我就證明給你看。」
「好啊！但在我看來像就是個笑話。」
當艾瑪走到家外面等警察時，她看到獅子的腳印還有剛留下的輪胎印。地上還有一點油。
艾瑪知道這是線索！
另一邊，蕾希在一艘遊艇上享受著美好的時光。她在躺椅上曬日光浴，一名服務生遞給她一杯高檔的雞尾酒，飲料是橘紅色的而且還插著一把小傘。她的晚餐是牛排。
蕾希不知道那些綁匪想把她賣了賺錢。因此他們對她好，蕾希才會聽從他們。
後來，蕾希無意中聽到一個服務生在講電話。
「我們在魔法島上碰面，我會把獅子賣給你。」
蕾希一聽生氣地大吼，她咬斷救生艇的繩子並跳上去，最後滑著救生艇逃走了。
後來，她發現自己自己被鯊魚團團包圍，被他們帶到了一座魔法島......
