露西驚險記

在亞馬遜叢林裡住了一隻叫做露西的小老虎，某個大晴天，露西在家感到十分無聊。她問媽媽能不能到外面探險，但媽媽不答應。露西覺得媽媽好像擔心過頭了。所以露西沒有聽媽媽的話，趁她不注意的時候溜了出去，隨即出門找朋友跟她一起探險。
露西的朋友們有大象艾蜜莉、獅子里歐、長頸鹿喬治和猴子馬修。他們在做出發前的準備時，發現他們什麼糧食都有，唯獨缺少水。後來他們找到了一間小酒館，卻發現有朋友也在那裡，原來是露西的姐姐凱特。
凱特看到他們後問：｢你們怎麼會來這裡？｣，喬治說：「來喝點東西解渴！」，馬修說：「出來玩！」，露西說：「打水仗！」，艾蜜莉和里歐則站在一旁望著凱特。
凱特覺得他們一定有事瞞著她，於是她瞪了露西一眼，露西知道事情藏不住了，便告訴凱特他們想去探險，希望她能保密。凱特想了想，說只要讓她一起去，她就不跟露西媽媽告狀，露西便答應了。
一行人浩浩蕩蕩地出發，在行經森林的途中，聽到了窸窸窣窣的聲音，緊接著又看到一道道的影子從身旁閃過，露西和她的朋友都被嚇得不敢動彈，不知不覺就離凱特 越 來 越 遠。突然間，一隻全身佈滿傷疤的老虎撲向凱特！凱特立即大喊：「你們快躲到我身後！」老虎抓傷了凱特的臉。他們就這樣打成一團，直到凱特將老虎擊倒在地。
所有人抓緊這個機會一溜煙地跑回家。經過這次的事件，露西學到了一個教訓，那就是—要聽媽咪的話。

One sunny day in the Amazon jungle, Lucy the Tiger was bored. She asked her mom if she could go out and explore but she said no. Her mom was overprotective, or so Lucy thought. Lucy didn’t listen and she snuck out of their den! Once outside, she went and got her friends.
Lucy’s friends were Emily Elephant, Leo Lion, George Giraffe and Matthew Monkey. Before the friends set off on their adventure, they collected all the supplies that they needed. They had all the food that they needed but they needed water. When they got to the watering hole someone else was there, it was Lucy’s sister Kate.
WHEN KATE SAW THEM, SHE ASKED, “WHY ARE YOU AT THE WATERING HOLE?”
GEORGE SAID, “TO GET A DRINK.”
MATTHEW SAID, “TO PLAY AROUND.”
LUCY SAID, “FOR A WATER FIGHT.”
EMILY AND LEO JUST STOOD THERE STARING AT KATE.
Kate knew that something was going on, so she gave Lucy a stare! Lucy knew that she was caught and told Kate the truth that she was going on an adventure and told Kate to keep it a secret. Kate said that she would as long as she could come along, and Lucy agreed.
THEY SET OFF AND GOT HALFWAY THROUGH THE FOREST AND STARTED HEARING SOUNDS. THEY KEPT GOING AND THEN THEY SAW FLASHES GOING PAST THEM, THEY ALL FROZE IN FEAR APART FROM KATE.
KATE SAID, “GET BEHIND ME,” BEFORE A TIGER EMERGED WITH SCARS ALL OVER HIS BODY AND JUMPED ON TOP OF KATE!
He scratched her on her face, and they fought until Kate knocked the other tiger over!
THEY ALL SEIZED THE MOMENT AND RAN HOME TO SAFETY. LUCY HAD LEARNED HER LESSON - THAT MAMMY KNOWS BEST.
